Errors when uploading the User Import Template are usually from a typo or a formatting issue in your Excel spreadsheet. If this occurs, please check the following common errors:

  • Remove any leading spaces or zeroes in any of the fields

  • Make sure all email addresses are entirely lowercase

  • Ensure your team names match exactly the team names you created under Company > Company structure. Small differences mean the system can't match the text field to your team name and your user won't be placed into a team.
