Errors when uploading the User Import Template are usually from a typo or a formatting issue in your Excel spreadsheet. If this occurs, please check the following common errors:
Remove any leading spaces or zeroes in any of the fields
Make sure all email addresses are entirely lowercase
Ensure your team names match exactly the team names you created under Company > Company structure. Small differences mean the system can't match the text field to your team name and your user won't be placed into a team.
