Our Staff directory is a handy tool for seeing all the users in your account, and is accessible to everyone in your business. Just like the org chart, it's automatically kept in sync with your Profile data so you have no manual updates to manage.
The Staff directory will show every employee's manager, their team and department, and their registered email. You can also add a phone number to your profile if you want to make this available to everyone.
Staff directory for administrators
For quick access to anyone's profile, the Staff directory is the easiest route to take. Use the team member filter to quickly search for a user, or browse the full list. Click a username to access their full profile, where you can make one-off updates to an employee's manager, team or email address.
The full Staff directory can also be exported to Excel if you want to manage this data offline.
