The Recognition function is a great way to give quick, positive feedback to anyone in your PeopleGoal account. All employees can give badges to their colleagues and include a short message which is published to everyone's Timeline. We have a selection of great badges to get you started, or you can create your own.

Go to your Timeline, then click Recognize a colleague. Click Select a badge to choose which badge to give, then Select a colleague.

You can also add a short message before clicking Share recognition to publish this to everyone's Timeline.

Once a badge has been given, anyone can comment or add a thumbs up.

You can also view all badges given and received by going to Reports > Recognition report. The Export to Excel option is great to use if you've got a company incentive programme going, like a Starbucks gift card for the employee who receives the most badges!
