When someone raises an employee feedback request, the feedback provider receives a notification via email with a link that redirects them to the feedback form. You'll also find this in your Feedback overview, under 'Pending feedback'.

In addition to answering feedback requests you can proactively provide feedback for an individual by selecting Feedback > Provide feedback in the left-hand navbar. Note that your account admins might have switched off the option if you're not seeing it in the menu.
