PeopleGoal allows you to use the SMART methodology when setting a goal. This is a series of questions designed to ensure that your goals are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Time-bound. You can configure PeopleGoal to use SMART goals under Account Settings > Goal Settings. When you use SMART your employees will be asked to define SMART attributes on new goals:
